With comfortable indoor gathering spaces, a game room, fully fenced backyard, hot tub, outdoor shower, and room for everyone to spread out, the home is equally suited to relaxing weekends and activity-filled getaways.

With custom murals painted by the owner and air hockey, it’s perfect for family game nights and rainy-day fun. Outside, you’ll find even more space to connect — on the deck, around the fire pit, or while grilling dinner in the fresh coastal air.

🛏️ Rest
When it’s time to call it a night, Coastal Grace sleeps families and groups comfortably. The primary bedroom features a king bed and attached half bath, a second bedroom offers a queen, and the third includes two sets of bunk beds — ideal for kids, cousins, or extra guests. A full bathroom sits conveniently near the guest bedrooms, and the single-level layout makes it easy for everyone to settle in and recharge.

The backyard is one of Coastal Grace’s standout features. Soak in the hot tub beneath the trees, sip your morning coffee on the elevated deck with its lounge furniture, or gather around the fire pit and Adirondack seating as the evening settles in. There’s a fire pit grill set up for cookouts and a spacious lawn for games, and after a day at the beach you can rinse off in the large outdoor shower before heading inside. With a fully fenced backyard, everyone has room to relax in privacy.

History lovers will find plenty nearby too, including the George Washington Birthplace National Monument, Stratford Hall, and the James Monroe Birthplace, while fishing, boating, and water activities are always close at hand.

Coastal Grace also comes fully equipped for an easy stay, with an EV charger, high-speed Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, a fully equipped kitchen, and self check-in. 🚗 While many guests choose to explore by golf cart, Colonial Beach is also highly walkable, with beaches, restaurants, and attractions located within a short drive or ride from the home.

🐾 Up to two dogs are welcome with a per-pet fee. Additional dogs may be approved on a case-by-case basis. The backyard is fully fenced, but guests should always supervise pets while outdoors.

♨️ The hot tub is professionally maintained and available year-round for guest enjoyment. Children should be supervised at all times when using the hot tub and surrounding outdoor areas.

🚿 The outdoor shower is perfect for rinsing off after a day at the beach and is one of the home’s favorite features during the warmer months.

🔌 An EV charger is available for guest use and has both a NACS and J1772 adapter.

🌊 Colonial Beach offers a relaxed waterfront atmosphere with public beaches, fishing, boating, restaurants, breweries, and seasonal events throughout the year.

🚶 The home is located in a residential neighborhood. Please be respectful of neighbors by observing quiet hours and keeping outdoor noise to a reasonable level, especially in the evenings.

📶 High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the home for streaming, remote work, and staying connected during your stay.

🔥 The fire pit and outdoor gathering spaces are intended for guest enjoyment. Please use caution around open flames and never leave fires unattended.

🔐 Guests are provided a unique door code for their stay. For security purposes, the property utilizes a motion-activated doorbell camera that may record audio and video at the entry. A Minut noise monitor is also located in the home and reports noise levels only; it does not record audio or video.

🦀 As with any coastal destination, guests may occasionally encounter insects, wildlife, or other natural elements common to waterfront communities.
