Just beyond, the living room offers an all-season electric fireplace and comfortable seating to enjoy slow mornings or cozy evenings. Two queen bedrooms sit off the main living area, each designed with soft lighting, restful linens, and a sense of quiet simplicity. A full bathroom with shower and bathtub is located nearby.

A few steps down from the main floor, the bright sunroom features wraparound windows and a touch of the home’s history—its original record player, now a decorative piece. It’s an inviting spot for reading, morning coffee, or simply taking in the light.

Descend to the lower level, where floor-to-ceiling windows open to mountain views. This level includes a movie and game room with a 65” TV, foosball table, and comfortable lounge seating.
